Join us for a fun fall weekend of scrapbooking and socializing with friends!

2 queen beds, private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker

PRICES:
$480.00 Per person, based on 1 person per room
$370.00 Per person, based on 2 people per room
$335.00 Per person, based on 3 people per room
$320.00 Per person, based on 4 people per room

$100 deposit due within 7 days of registration
Balance due no later than September 26, 2019

Locals:
The commuter rate would be $235 for the weekend.
Noon on Friday through 3pm on Sunday with no room accommodations
It will include all 6 meals.

MEALS:
Breakfast: Saturday and Sunday buffet in the hotel restaurant
Lunch: Saturday and Sunday in a private dining room
Dinner: Friday and Saturday in a private dining room

CROP SPACE:
Each cropper will get your OWN full 6’ table.

Payment Policy

* Minimum $100.00 (non-refundable & non-transferable) is due within 7 days of registration. The balance is due by September 26, 2019. * If payment is not received by September 26, 2019, there will be a $25.00 late fee. * If you register on/after September 26, 2019 payment in full is due. * Returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee.

Cancellation Policy

* I understand that unforeseen things happen that might prevent attendance. * If you are unable to attend, you may find someone to fill your spot. If there is a waiting list, I will help find someone to fill the spot. * If you cancel before the final payment date (September 26, 2019) a full refund minus $25.00 fee and any PayPal fees incurred will be issued. * After the final payment date, if you are unable to attend and your spot cannot be filled, no refunds will be issued due to contractual agreements with the hotel and other expenses that have incurred. * NO refunds for no shows. * NO refunds for leaving early * NO refunds for natural disasters, national emergencies, states of emergency or Acts of God. Crop Paper Scissors is still responsible for payment to the venue. * $100.00 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable

Liability Policy

Crop Paper Scissors, NJ and Tracy Cianci are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. When leaving the crop room – please take all valuables with you. Please do not leave valuables unattended. As a registrant, you release Crop Paper Scissors NJ and Tracy Cianci from any liability with regard to your travel to/from the event or attendance while at the event.
