NOTE:
There will not be any games, prizes, or raffles this weekend. If you are commuting, dinner will be provided on Friday and Saturday. If you stay at the hotel, you will also receive breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

PACKAGES & PRICES:

Note: Pricing is different than the Lancaster weekends
Hotel rooms and crop spaces are priced separately
The location is nearby, so participants can choose to skip the hotel and commute
Participants are responsible for making their hotel reservations. See below.

HOTEL ROOM:

$119 per night plus tax
1-4 people per room
2 queen beds, private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker
Gratuity for Housekeeping is not included
Call the hotel at (856) 467-3322 and use the code CPS to make your reservations. There is a LIMITED NUMBER OF ROOMS being held at this price.

WEEKEND CRAFTING SPACE:

Fee: $230 per person
Doors open at 10 am on Friday through 3 pm on Sunday
Meals for those choosing to stay overnight include Friday & Saturday dinner AND Saturday & Sunday breakfast.
Meals for commuters on Friday and Saturday dinner with gratuity included.

SATURDAY ONLY OPTION:

For now, you will be added to a waiting list, which will be first-come, first-served. I will open the weekend to Saturday-only crafters in early December.

Fee: $65 per person
Arrive anytime on Saturday.
Dinner is included.

A $50 deposit is due within 7 days of registration.
Balance due no later than December 12, 2025.

CROP SPACE:
Each cropper will get their OWN full 6’ table.

Payment Policy

* Minimum $50 (non-refundable & non-transferable) is due within 7 days of registration. The balance is due by December 12, 2025. * If payment is not received by December 12, 2025, there will be a $25.00 late fee. * If you register on/after December 12, 2025, payment in full is due. * Returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee.

Cancellation Policy

* I do understand that things happen that might prevent attendance. However, I do have a contract with the hotel with deadlines for counts and payments. * If you are unable to attend, you may find someone to fill your spot. If there is a waiting list, I will try to help you find someone to fill the spot. * If you cancel before the final payment date of December 12, 2025, a full refund minus a $25.00 fee will be issued. * If you cancel after the final payment date, and your spot cannot be filled, no refunds will be issued. * NO refunds for leaving early. * NO refunds for no-shows. * NO refunds for weather/natural disasters, states of emergency, or Acts of God. Crop Paper Scissors is still responsible for payment to the venue. * $25.00 of your deposit is non-refundable.

Liability Policy

Crop Paper Scissors, NJ and Tracy Cianci are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. When leaving the crop room – please do not leave your valuables unattended. Take valuables with you when you leave overnight. As a registrant, you release Crop Paper Scissors NJ and Tracy Cianci from any liability with regard to your travel to/from the event or attendance while at the event.
