There will be no games, prizes, or raffles. Dinner is provided on Friday and Saturday night. Breakfast is provided on Saturday and Sunday.

Hotel rooms and crop spaces are priced separately
The location is nearby, so participants can choose to skip the hotel and commute

HOTEL ROOM:
$146 per night/plus tax
1-4 people per room
2 queen beds, private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker
Gratuity for housekeeping is NOT included
NOTE: A LIMITED NUMBER OF ROOMS are being held at this price, and the RATE WILL EXPIRE on July 29, 2027.

WEEKEND CRAFTING SPACE:
Fee: $235 per person
Doors open at 10 am on Friday through 3 pm on Sunday
Includes breakfast and dinner from a menu selection.
Taxes and gratuities are included
A $50 deposit is due within 7 days of registration.
The balance is due by August 5, 2027.
CROP SPACE:
Each cropper will get their OWN full 6’ table.
